Christine, a Madison, WI based singer-songwriter, has been performing locally and nationally since 2002. Her first CD, "Big Sky", released in 2003, revealed her penchant for poetry and her sense of place. Described as "musical poetry" and "stark", it reflected the years she spent writing poetry before ever picking up the guitar. The Milwaukee Sheperd Express said "Big Sky" evokes "the bysgone whisperings of Joan Baez, Neil Young and even The Dead..her dreamy, poetic songs effectively weave the genres of country, folk and rock without getting mired in the land of neo-hippie cliche". In 2009 Christine released a four song EP. The Madison Area Music Awards nominee is currently working on her second full-length CD, while simultaneously managing her psychiatric practice and raising her daughter, Dominica.
